The 8-Week Program.

There are two 8-week workout programs; Rockstar Strong and Rockstar Fierce.

We begin with Rockstar Strong in order to establish a foundation of self care, gratitude, journaling, learning about nutrition, learning how to do the warm ups, and of course, learning the exercises.

Every workout includes 5 minute warm up, 20 minute workout, and a cool down. We have guest nutritionists, we teach you how to use TheraBands for resistance training, TRX for the brave, and we also introduce Pole Walking to you!

Rockstar Fierce is the intermediate program offered to increase strength and stamina and build upon the Rockstar Strong fitness base.

When starting a new workout program, you should get clearance from your doctor, and be sure to begin gradually, and do not over exert yourself. It is best to start easy and build up your strength and endurance.
