Take charge of that word and listen to me clearly when I tell you that starting out with mobility issues for any level (recovering from injury or illness, being sedentary, or not working out on top of daily physical activity) is a challenge.

I use it for squats and stretching among other exercises.
Some days with my back I feel too much pain and want to be supported and I do this using a chair.
The chair provides support when needed.
